If i were a boss?

I have seen to be a boss is really challenging, but I should think boss tend to be more arrogant at some stage for simples reasons. That is why it seems as if to be a boss is a huge challenge, but indeed it is a challenge. What I have observed from the business sector, bosses demanding to be respected because of their positions.

I feel like that should happened automatically, there is no need employees to be told that this is the boss. The boss need to be able to take decisive and informed decisions. Employee’s contribution to the development of the organisation needs to be acknowledged and awarded. Regular monthly meetings will be held with employees. This may help the organisation to re – enforce with its employees. The employee’s ideas should be placed first, because employees are doing the production of the organisation, as long as their ideas are within the organisation objectives and goals. #smed12.

In Cape Town, after the dead lock wage negotiation between South African Textile Industry unions its employers for a wage increase of 12% and better working conditions. The union has decided to take the matter to labour court in order the court to grant them with strike certificate. This will help its members not to be engaged with illegal strike. The union general secretary Cele has argued that their workers will not be involved to unprotected strike.

South African Textile industry union started to mobilise its members to be involved in a lucrative strike which will be expected to be launch soon. According to union spokesperson employers are being arrogant to such an extent that there are not will to meet halfway with as the employers propose 4.3% increase only. The strike is expected to take place soon, but according to the court order, permission has been granted but before strike takes place picketing during the launch hours is being recommended.#smed12.

ANC should create more campaigns on use of CONDOM HIV and AIDS

In the Western Cape Province thousands of teenagers are getting pregnancy, I see them on the public transport, on the street, in shopping malls, and even at churches. I should think government is failling to its campaign of proctive sex, i suggest more awarness campaign is needed to remand teenagers.I should also think the ANC youth league President should be more vocal on that as this involves the youth instead of harasing the old peelpe.
